Hot air ballooning over the valley wineries is a thrill to experience. For the Golf enthusiasts there are beautiful courses for a relaxing 9 or 18. At night take a short ride to Pechanga Casino where you can take in a show, dance, have dinner, or put a quarter in a slot machine.
Old Town Temecula, a part of the old west, has many antique shops, historic buildings, and restaurants. Rosa’s Cantina/Mexican Restaurant located inOld Town (Front and Main Street) would be a good place to stop and eat during your walking tour. There are many area attractions but; you may want to stay around the campground and relax on the patio, BBQ a steak.
